I said, no way, I will repair legit stuff with a new handyman and pay them directly.This morning the new handyman (actually it is a woman) called to tell me what she saw and said it was nit picky.i said 'fix it' and we will move on.Im planning to NOT renew her lease when it expires next spring.

I am getting ready to meet a woman that is looking to get out of the landlord roll.

The Woman who runs the local REIA does a lot of houses in that neighborhood as well.  

Maybe she could claim it was because she's a single woman, maybe she'd claim it was because she's Asian American, who knows. 

I am looking for a handyman/woman who can give me estimates on the work and/or complete the work.

So long story short I tried to help this woman out and register her property with the building dept as a vacant not fully understanding the fee structure and they disclosed a balance due amount on her property of 13K.

I just got a call back from my direct mailing from a woman who is looking to sell her property so she can move to Florida.

I feel much better in my rental properties where I have been there around midnight ALONE and felt okay as a single woman walking to my car at night.
