Section 8 question

I have a tenant with section 8 in one of my properties. The place is an older mobile home on a really nice lot with a carport and a deck. Rent is reasonable for the area. The mobile was completely re wired and re plumbed, cleaned up and in the process of being re painted and carpeted when she moved in, early. For some reason the PM let her do that.I had the place inspected by the county housing authority and it passed and was approved for section 8. I even got compliments on how nice it is.
Long story short, I cant seem to please the tenant. I listen to her complaints (lots) and fix what is in my realm of fixing. (Not me personally, I have a handyman)
So now...three months in to her lease, she wants the place re inspected. Im not sure why, since it already passed, but wonder what she is up to, short of breaking her lease or looking for free rent. Im thinking if it doesnt pass section 8 for some random reason (and this is assuming they even come at a tenants whim)all it does for her is lose her subsidy on this place.
Any advice?

What does your lease say?? You are not there to cater to the section 8 tenants every whim.

As long as you are meeting section 8 guidelines you should be okay.If there is an issue with something the case worker would let you know it.

Here in Georgia where I am we have the landlord liason than handles the payment part and the case worker does the other items(work with the tenants and handles issues).
