They were called "miner-sexuals" around town  :)I had a fellow cop friend who epitomizes what BP is about, earn serious coin (bought out 7 years of pension) by renting to these folks.

If they abuse this kindness, then you gotta cut it off.As an aside, you should be able to find a fridge on Craigslist for like $200-300. 

You need to make sure she's on the same page as you, financially, spiritually, sexually, etc before you seriously consider letting her encroach on your single man-space permanently.  

February we started with the eviction process since she didn't move nor pay febs rent. fast forward to end of march.my in-laws came back from Florida and they were staying with us. there was an issue with the some rotten food of hers in the fridge that was thrown out and she decided it would be OK to start thrashing the place throwing things and finally assaulting my mother in law. the cops was called and she got charged with elderly abuse and spent 2 nights in jail.my mother in law was able to get a restraining order against her for a year and she is not allowed into the house because that is where my mother inlaw is staying. her belongings are still there.we went to court this past Tuesday for the eviction and the judge was not there. while speaking with the mediator, she is alleging that she cant find a place and wants 60 days in order to find something. my lawyer said "what makes you think you can live there when, you never paid, you assaulted someone living there and you still have not found a place to live?'

My wife worked the front lines of domestic violence for quite some time and many of her clients found it "challenging" that they were asked to accept a restraining order against themselves when they filed for one against their abusive ex.Hence why I indicated above that I would need to hear - and be able to corroborate - the explanation for the restraining order.

You don't realize how much abuse flooring takes until the people move out.I live in this building in Brooklyn and it's one of the only places in the neighborhood that will allow large dogs.

So, you finally see a "profit" on the units at that point - if your tenants have not abused the units to the point they need to be replaced early.  

These "abused" tenants are probably paying a fraction of what their apartments are worth, and landlords aren't even allowed to kick these tenants out even if they sell the place, without facing really stringent rules and paying through the nose for the tenants' relocation. 

Would be nice though, but I could see where it could be abused as well.

The numbers speak to themselves and the tenants do not abuse the utilities.
