I just plain disagree with this.Can I ask, how do you make money in RE?

Our criteria for the broker we hired:Active investors themselvesUnfettered access to the MLS;  will run detailed analysis to support our offersAccess to network of inspectors, legal support, GCs; off market deals; Access to residential & commercial dealsJust plain easy to work w/.We chose a husband/wife team;  the husband concentrates on the hard numbers & finding the deals;  while the wife has the soft skills to sell on the back end.  

It’s just plain tough to cash-flow with a PM slicing 18%-30% off of the top.But don’t take my word for it.

Its not in plain English, but it seems the requirement is a minimum of 120 feet for new build-able lots.

I don't know how to word something like that, but in PA there is state law that requires use of plain language - no legalese allowed.

I think your logic on why sellers sell to investors is flawed... it has little to do with "discretion" as you implied and honestly I have never even heard that suggested.That said, posting checks is just plain tacky... do I post my W2 salary on FB?
