I was semi-active on the BP forums but still had spans of 7-10 days where I did not actively check. 

I had a semi pro football player living in a unit of mine and he ended up being addicted to hard drugs...it wasn’t steroids.

My father is also "semi-retired" due to a work injury, but was a contractor for years.

I want to be a pro soccer player, but I'm in my 30s and couldn't even hold a candle to semi-pro players.

Single Net, Double Net, Triple net,  Absolute Net, Gross Lease (Full Service), Modified Gross(Semi-gross), .Ground leases... etc.

I was also thinking that a better relationship with the next store neighbor in the semi-shared driveway would go a long way for everyone involved.

I love the idea of owning an RV park with most (if not all) spaces dedicated to semi-permanent type tiny houses, shipping container homes, airstreams, etc.

As long as they are close in color shade , I then filter and  mix them up in a 35 gal plastic barrel which has a cut-off valve in the bottom to fill up the 5 gal buckets.By doing this, I pay average $6-$8/gal - The only thing I buy at the store is gloss / semi gloss white trim paint. 

From my understanding, taking this approach will not only let me build a portfolio of semi-passive (using a property manager) income generating properties but also save faster/acquire faster due to the increased velocity of savings as I use the cash flow from the acquisitions to assist with my rate of savings in order to be able to purchase more properties. 

This is in Kingston and my realtor is very good and trustable and he did not warn me anything about homes that don't have a basement.The semi I bought was under market and has no basement but is less than 20 years old.Is this fine or do I need to look at anything that is concerning in these type of homes?
