For the same home rent many times is as much or more than mortgage so unless they have to sell  Divorce death job loss or transfer folks are just going to ride it out.. do you think thats an accurate statement or do you think there is going to be a bunch of folks in your market decided to walk  ruin their credit etc because they have negative values.
