My question: As those of us with access to accurate market data and knowledge are the significant minority, do we have a moral/ ethical responsibility on calling out the fear-4-profit people on the their... well their lies (no pc way to say it)? 

For example, our local natural gas company will provide therm consumption but not the dollar amount charged for each bill.

I still like dishwashers because it helps with the water consumption but low end units probably better without them.Low end units tend to get low end dishwashers so they don't have hard food disposers so they can't handle non-cleaned plates.

All proceeds made from the business I don’t eat it for lifestyle consumption it gets reinvested back so its one of two things - you may need to feed yourself from a business but have the luxury of giving it atttntion full time or you can supplement it with a job and Partnerships which is what I do today.

There are some title companies and attorneys that are willing to take on deals that are "outside the box," but they are few and far between.That being said, my philosophy is that a sub2 deal is a moral commitment to make the seller's payments, no matter what.

Moral of the story, do your research and have a discussion with your real estate tax advisor before signing on the dotted line.

Like most industries, there’s people without a sound moral compass.
