In all honesty, it is a good deal but It gets to me when hard work is put into something only for it to take a turn but I try to keep my head, figure out the solutions and turn it back around.

To be honest, I might do a deal with the seller depending on if 1) what kind of contract the seller had with the installment sub2 buyer, and 2) if I could locate the sub2 buyer and work something out.

@Tim Fergus - I have not connected with any local wholesalers and to be honest I don't know where to start with that.

My problems is that honesty and being upfront with folks is more important to me than selling something.

Regarding Trump's honesty, I've had a hard time finding anything he's said that's true rather than the other way around.
