The truth is, you could read 100 books and still not know enough because certain things need to be learned through trial-and-error.

The medical infrastructure in this area is booming and companies like the Cleveland Clinic and Metro hospitals are pouring billions in this area, creating thousands of good paying jobs, which is one of the reason the rental market in this area is so strong.  

Some of them have free trials too so you can take advantage of those as well.

The problem is, the only way you can is by guessing and trial and error which could be costly, both financially and time.

It's a nice clean site that gives good information, but I pulled NOD's today that were filed 3/24/2010 (those were the latest I could get) and went home and signed up for the 3 day trial with FR.

After trial and error with two different PMs in Cleveland I have finally struck gold with my third PM there.
