Thanks for the help, I just woke up and that post woke me up wider than the coffee I'm drinking.

Turns out the owner needed heart surgery but the surgeons wouldn't do it unless he quit drinking. 

If you've already started and are a seasoned pro, forget all this :)PS: If you're down in the dumps I'd recommend a few things that kick your butt into feeling better: excercise and fresh air, no drinking, clean up your diet.Maybe you already do these things but, if you're not, pick one or two and see how much better you feel in a week.

A few weeks ago I went in with some contractors to take bids - found the pipe from the city coming into the home (drinking water) to be lead.

The only thing is it has a serious drinking problem and I am worried about it. 

The water needs to pass potability tests periodicaly (at least I would sleep better knowing the tenant had potable drinking water).

No drinking or washing clothes for 3 days.

Because every small, medium, and large businesses have different cost structures and target profit margins.If we all simply avoided gross margins over X turn we'd never drink coffee out, order pizza in, or go out to a fine restaurant for a meal.When I hire my local Midas to complete a break job on my car I'm not really thinking about the fact that they charge $199 to do my brakes when O'Reily's sells those same pads for $39.
