I built a house on a large plot of land that could easily accommodate multiple homes.

Does Ontario have a standardised accommodation inspection report for move-in / move-out?  

When I lived at Silverado CC in Napa Valley the resort relies on the private owner condo's as there over night accommodation's so folks buy those and they are run like a hotel.. and again its usually break even at best.. however  about every 5 years to stay in the hotel program they require you to completely update your condo.. new furniture beds etc etc.

Two special rights extended to disable 1) the right to make reasonable modifications to dwelling to enable them to live there comfortably, and 2) the responsibility of management to make reasonable accommodations.

Keep in mind most personal lines companies can accommodate a few rental properties.  

I cut both floor back to accommodate a 4" wide piece.

If the lease is modified to accommodate the tenant, the tenant has been signaled the lease is not necessarily something to be followed.

Most tenants I've worked with will accommodate repairs and inconvenience for fast repairs.  

, softer message (deposit in return for moving out) or accommodation (I'll give you 3 days to figure this out.).In all options, still deliver the letter as that sets a relatively long process in motion.Jim.
