I am tired of busting my rear for a company that pays me $12 and watch as fellow co-workers stand around, or disappear for 20-30 minutes at a time.

One of the properties I ended up finding a buyer for, crazy thing is the seller disappeared on me....:-( I don't know if she changed her mind or what, but I called several times, went by the property, but nothing.

I can't tell how many people I rescued that were about to loose their homes over the years because some newb with no money had promised the world then disappeared..

As they get older, make more money, and have kids that reasoning will disappear. 

Hey gang,  I've seen a lot of these posts where people aspire to document their progress on a campaign or flip or deal, and then all of a sudden they disappear off the site and leave you wondering what the hell happened.

Once the list is purchased (one time purchase) does it just disappear?

The app certainly works better overall - at least now I can type a PM without the letters disappearing), although I've not tried searching on it yet.
