They cut off credit lines on people who are in good standing and pay their bills, then start sending you letters and spam to refinance your home with them for 10K.

Maybe that is the gamble.

I can see postponing cash flow to pay off debt early.I think it is a gamble to expect cash flow based on rent increases.
