So, investors and operators, you need to command a little more respect for what you walk on than you do as if you were dealing in a car, or a train loan of shoes or furniture or soy bean futures.

My usual cleaning crew is not interested in hauling furniture and debris from the property.

This is so we are aware of an empty unit in the middle of winter and so we're not hauling their furniture out after thinking they've abandoned the place as they pull in the driveway returning from their vacation.

When i had a property manager, they allowed tenant to move furniture in due to work schedules etc, and they wound up sleeping there.

There are some newer synthetic tiles which look quite nice but I don't know anything about their durability.Ceramic or stone tiles may be broken when furniture is moved.

Again, I don't know the scope of your project, but if it involves more than painting and changing the furniture, you likely will want at least an architect to help you.  

Of course with all the furniture removed from the home I started to notice things I had not planned to fix in the home.

At this point, I'm thanking my lucky stars all they left me with was some gross furniture.

If there is a car, yard items, furniture in the house, it's pretty much a safe bet that someone is living there.I , for one, wouldn't choose the option of no lock box.
