Hey guys. I have a rental property that I acquired through a wholesale deal. The original owner vacated a few weeks ago and left the property trashed. Do you all have any recommendations for a good property cleanout service in Birmingham? My usual cleaning crew is not interested in hauling furniture and debris from the property.
