Each week I do a survey of my market it goes up.

My goal is to go through the process by myself from start to end to gain project management/execution experience including but not limited to ordering a survey, working with an architect, permit process, coordinating with contractors/subcontractors on excavation, foundation, framing, roofing, electric, plumbing, etc.

I am in the fortunate position of being a university student developing a project to make available all town GIS databases for CT parcels in the name of advancing surveying and civil engineering.

The main fear is having a Canada revenue agency loss, this can trigger a "Why is your property losing money" survey.

You may be able to backtrack to the engineering firm who handled the survey and approval process, and get some insight there.

Check with your title insurance company to see if a survey will be required prior to being able to obtain title insurance.
