Since the owner is the only one who really deals with property managers, and they are always disappointed in how bad they deal with their properties, they perpetuate the belief that they are terrible.

If you choose to not believe them then you are free come up with whatever beliefs you wish.

Remember this is your 1st deal, so you will have a lot of limiting beliefs that you'll use as an excuse to not invest.

I think most people have the limiting belief that commercial is too difficult and they hold themselves back from even considering it.Revisit your goals and why you want to invest.  

It is my belief that occupancy is not only below last year, but below 2019 however some of this could be the result of having in the 10s of reviews (we are below 100 reviews on both units on both primary OTAs) rather than in the 1000s of reviews.  

My belief, at the moment, is that OOS investing for cash flow is my best first step into REI.

I realize principal preservation and debt levels are mutually exclusive goals to the seeking a 40% leveraged return there......but with your belief that Boise is growing....isn't the risk/reward in your favor to own more houses with an acceptable level of leverage, than to own fewer with mortgages paid off?

Wow Chai, I am a pretty religious person, but I never thought of it that way.
