What do you think of the electrical panel.. is it up to code?

For building condition report repairs, electrical panels can get pricey if they are located in closets or other areas they need to be relocated from.

Our larger 45' covered RV storage spaces were built with steel pipe and R-Panel wall & roof cover. 

This is an 1190 s.f. house. and the panels produce about 1000kwh a month. sell is paying $200 a month no matter whether he uses the power or not!

Just two evenings ago, I spoke on a panel at a FIBI event regarding ADU’s and without surprise, the room was packed as this is a hot topic for investors.

When I check out a new material I havn't worked with before I open a box, right there in the store, pull out a plank, and drag the butt end of my knife across it, I go for it, I shouldn't be able to do a thing to the panel.

Tract homes usually had smaller closets too, but custom ranchers can be very nice, change the green shag and the walnut paneling in the den, turn a bedroom into a master bath and walk-in closet!
