New Jersey Tax Lien Traning or step by step instructions

I am studying a little about Tax Liens but cant find enough info about them without paying some "Gurus" anyone has a good resourch? or anyone doing it in New Jersey and want to meet up? 

i have been bidding on some properies via RealAuction (called RealAuction for traning and they said not enough demand for traning of the software in NJ) 

I actuly just won 1 lien, trying to figure out next step,
