If you consider running everything remotely and have 150 or more units at multiple locations, you could go with the model used by Storage Express out of Bloomington IN.

But i've expressed to them that i'm interested in moving pretty fast through the process but not so fast that i shoot myself in the foot, i've done everything theyve asked short of the application which was supposed to be done today in person at 4:30 ( i will likely cancel that meeting).

If you're willing to pay higher rates (probably 5.5%+, 25yam at this point), there are other local banks (Home Bank comes to mind) that have expressed interest.
