I haven't personally used Appfolio, but I had a local PM demo his platform for me at a conference and it looked really slick - definitely more powerful/feature rich than Buildium.

@J Scott i am working up an SOW now based off your template in the fileshare.Can you give some examples of "Have a VERY detailed schedule, with LOTS of milestones"I have dollar amounts associated with each bathroom, painting the interior, exterior repairs & painting, wood flooring, carpet, lighting, sheetrock repair, kitchen, demo, initial payment and final payment.  

I don't think that there are any real specific age related concerns for me other then needing more advil at the end of demo day!

There is no indication of how many layers is included in the initial demo, could be 3 layers, 2 or 1, nevertheless, no contractor can charge a client without written consent aka an approved CO.

There is very little about it on YouTube other than the demos from REWW themselves.
