The work on the bathroom includes counter tops, new cabinets, lights, new tile on the floor and in the shower enclosure.

Is the rest of the property up-to-date is there anything else that you need to spend money on flooring appliances countertop.

So they might be used to keeping heat off countertops. 

The counter tops are brown though so I think black wouldn't match.
