if 2 and 3 are weak, then bring in a strong partner(s) who have a strong operational track record or strong finically.  

This is because my mind LITERALLY made connections to where a lot of money went down the drain because of my weakness in that area, which is not as much talked about.

Biggest issue is the marketability of properties, mainly the demand side is rather weak.

Most people do make the beds they sleep in one way or the other.IMHO, often times "helping" someone with a sad story who won't help themselves is unfortunately a way to keep them weak and dependent.

This is not politeness what you displayed, it is weakness.

@Thomas Franklin thanks for giving me some insight into your business, I will have to research what these agreements can look like so if I'm to present a deal to someone I can understand how a WIN-WIN agreement might look for the strengths, weaknesses and financial goals we would bring to it.

I have a chronic pain condition that causes me to have to take things very slowly, though these would certainly be done to prepare the house for rental, not for my personal enjoyment.
