The positive attitudes on these forums are really inspiring for me to make sure I succeed. 

Now, I've already noticed a shift in my perspective and attitude.

I'm not referring to the learning aspect, but rather the attitude of treating your tenants like animals and basically providing a cinder block dwelling reminiscent of the prison at Abu Ghraib. 

I whittled down the list to those that matched my attitudes towards tenants.

You were not duped, scammed, lied to, or anything of the sort, and your attitude is a piss poor way of getting people to share information with you.

It's tough at first to take this type of attitude with a tenant but after you get screwed enough, you'll get your authoritative face on.

This is the third law firm I've worked with in the area, and I do like this one the best because they have a great attitude.

My attitude weather buying or selling always is : I don’t care what you did or paid or are going to have to do or pay for something , all I care about is what I’m paying or getting paid .

@Marcia Maynard this is real estate - everything has to be in writing to be enforceable.Positive attitude has nothing to do with legal actions: if inherited tenant won't leave and won't pay, there is a long process which cost the new owner.Before closing everything can be settled.
