One is Keller Williams and the other is Barker Realty, which is a medium sized (about 50 agents - all full-time) company that is only located in Santa Fe, but are a big name in town and represent a large number of properties.

@Daniel VazquezIf all you are looking to do is bid on properties and essentially be your own "Agent", I would just get your salesperson "Agent" license and hold it with a firm like Solid Source, Keller Williams ect.There is a LOT of extra BS and legal mumbo-jumbo you have to deal with opening your own brokerage, so unless you are looking to do just that "open your own brokerage", I think the best thing for an investor to do is just be an "Agent/Salesperson".

Thanks Steve for reply I bought it from the bank keller williams foreclosure and i had an agent(***...) he did not even tell me i need title insurance,i just really did not now anything about real estate..... but tell me Steve if i had a lien on the property why i did not receive any letters in this 2 years??
