I have seen a few Israelis burned from houses like it.

A layer of anonymity between my family and the tenants.This is not about hiding my identity, I realize that anyone can look at the public property records.

Its easy if your property has three identical neighbor properties that just sold last week. 

Include personal photos, use your real name, add as many testimonials and personalized elements as possible.So many investor sites are identical - and don't even let you know the name of the person you're calling.

In that larger list of everything that sold, we found an identical house that sold only months before right around the corner on the next block.

@Will Barnard I have just recently spent time with a mentor and your path was an almost identical one to that of my mentor laid out for me.  

The 2nd step is to verify identiy.When I tried to verify identity, I got two errors, either "we're sorry we encountered an issue" or "we can't verify your identity online" ..

It may take time.Also investing in a 29k foreclosed property in South Carolina over the web in Israel is probably risky.

Just came here to drop the link to the laws. http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/4735Statutes read virtually identical in every state in the US.. it really depends on what states want to enforce these and ones that don't.
