Newnan has grown a lot over the last decade, but it is built up pretty well and could be another good investment.

The handful of people I know who live in South St Paul are very loyal to the city - they were raised there and stayed and their grown kids have stayed.  

It has grown, continues to grow, and has many futures plans for development. 3.

And for the record, this site is totally F'N amazing and that's the other reason it's grown so much.Before everybody gets too upset with me, please just understand that I'm only making the point to truly know your own circumstances, capabilities, risk tolerance, back up plan, local market, and a whole myriad of other things.

I am fifty eight, married with 3 beautiful grown children and a wife of 36 years who still wants to live with me (confused as to why she should have dumped me long ago!)

But I have grown in leaps and bounds since then. 30 hours + of podcasts can do that to you 

And when I arrive today, and questioned them about how everything seems to be working, they (mother, 2 grown daughters, 1 grandchild) were just like "we want a new stove"

Myrtle has always been a tourist place, but in the last 5+ years has grown a lot.
