So do you control the temperature in your tenant’s apartment?

Keep more of your your money fluid by getting a monthly check while still appreciating in stable institutional grade real estate, like Home Depot’s,  Amazon warehouses, Big multi-families, etc, while being completely passive.

I was curious as to whether anyone in Maine has any experience with building/constructing/developing steel warehouses, either on their own preexisting property or on property that they have purchased.

Very low temperatures compared to Bend ect ect..Should they just settle and get a property in La Pine because they can find something great for under their $300k price range or do you think they should hold out and try and find something closer to Bend and not in La Pine?

Ok so your electric bill comparison from last year should help with whether the cost is temperature.

Maybe add a yurt or 2 in the nicer temperature months and....voila.....less grass to cut and more money coming in

Yes i don't have self storage expierence, (Its new here in Europe, dont have 40 years history like in US) but i learning a lot about it and i have another kind of real estate experience - individual houses, apartment houses, warehouses and i don't work alone.
