They usually do not have first and last months rent and deposit to go somewhere  so they end up moving in with family for a temp situation.People say they will repay you but when they look for a job and it comes to them eating, being comfortable with utilities, or taking care of their kids then your rent goes to the bottom of the list.

Trust me on this one, they have had many years of learning how to manipulate people lol.

It's so patronizing, and sounds kind of manipulative and arrogant.Whereas, words like "teaching" or "setting boundaries" can still keep a modicum of respect about them, at least.Not to say we won't ever think of someone as stupid or unteachable lol.  

Paid on time first month and already scheduled payment for July, take great care of the property, but are very needy, had to ask them to pick up some dog droppings a couple of times and heard nothing but excuses (don't normally allow pets) and now with this bit of manipulation, I just don't want it to go too far!

My point it, there might be another side to the story and now that those 'squatters' may be inconvenient to the tenant, she might be telling you her version, to manipulate into doing what she wants you to do. 

It could also be high occupancy and low AC temps. 

If a tenant asks for a lease modification because of a loss of job permanent/temp/reduction in hours/reduction in pay.

Dumping $2T in the country debt diluted the dollar and could be considered manipulation of our currency.

They may be thinking you want to bury your pipes under the property when you are only requesting temp access to perform the work. 

With the hot water heaters in each unit, they could control the temp of the water, too.Each unit also had it's own gas wall heater.
