As most of you know, our newsletter has undergone various transformations over the past months/years.

I asked the BP forum to gather knowledge, and the replies have actually sparked some great ideas for other investors I work with. 

Anyway, thanks for sparking an interesting discussion. 

I sparked interest in real estate investment just recently and I am very excited to learn the basic fundamentals and with due time begin to get my feet wet! 

When Portland did something similar, it sparked an ADU boom. 

What I do hear from clients and investors frequently is that they purchased XYZ Program, usually under the pretense that it will be life-changing, transformative information (or because it is branded with the name of a successful investor) and found themselves feeling "buyer's remorse."

It ended up sparking my love of real estate and I got my license the next year.

For me, learning about real estate investing has sparked an immediate passion for something I never thought I'd be interested in up until mid October.Although I currently live in Billings, I plan to make it back to Columbia, SC where my wife and I are from and apply my learnings to the Columbia and/or Charleston markets.

It's an addicting and very fun industry to be a part of and for someone who is analytical, it will spark your creativity when needed!
