Here I am ONLY talking about replacing switches, outlets and installing fans and lights. 

I made a repair request to the seller that included the replacing the sub-floor under the bathtub, fixing the foundation, updating the outlets to GFCI, replacing the roof and other small items. 

@Jayce Stewart you could install a $20 energy monitor on the outlets that power the w/d and credit tenants for the usage on a regular basis.

If you’re re-wiring you could simply install the correct outlets in bathrooms and kitchen.

While you may have gotten in the wrong one of the two employment lines for public service, you made up for it by joining this community :) In all seriousness, if there's any way I can help out, let me know.

The cable goes in the dryer vent in the wall and plugs in to the 220 outlet.

I need to get some electrical work done which consists of: 2 new electrical panels, 2 new dedicated circuits, adding several new plugs, and replacing 6 outlet receptacles.
