He’s doing a cast iron replacement Sewer pipe that has a slow leak from the house to the street on my ft worth rental right now.

It's sort of ironic because Ferguson is actually one of the nicer municipalities in North County.

Ironically, all these guys will be out at my Summit in August, along with a lot of the awesome BP podcast folks, so hope you can make it out for the weekend!

My principal/mentor uses the School of Hard Knocks as my training method - ironically when I talk to prospects this knowledge helps them because I encounter lots of "problems" because of who I help.

I like that quote, I actually just heard it on a BP's podcast episode on my way to work this morning - super ironic!

Given how tenant friendly the city is I wanted recommendations on a lawyer who can provide guidance on an iron clad lease so I don't run into issue down the road.
