The "over-shoot" is in case the cleaners have to focus on or put more effort in cleaning something (Wine Stains, Pet Stains, etc....)2.

I read that finding good cleaners and handymen are more challenging here.

I was just complaining about cat urine in the carpet at my rental after walking it with the cleaners.

That will be an extra couple thousand dollars, but it will make the foundation pour much easier and cleaner, so it's a no-brainer.

I feel like finding a good cleaner is not easy but is certainly doable.

Are there enought resources to find a cleaner or Prop manager?

You want to make sure there are no environmental issues if it was used for purposes like a mechanic's shop or dry cleaners, etc.And rely on your real estate agent to connect you with the right people to help do this investigative work.

Cons are pretty straightforward, but here are some that I can think of.Shortterm = Pros = More cash (if done right), typically a cleaner place (because it's being cleaned constantly), Flexibility.
