You have to maintain lawns, pay utility bills, handle complaints about how to operate the TV remote control or track down a wedding ring that was lost in the house.

We both agreed it was probably the wax ring and I would replace it when I got home.

Every time my phone rings, even for a 30 second phone call, I must lose at least 15 minutes of productivity if I am working on something. 

I have not confronted them yet because im not sure what is the right thing to do.These tenants are ALWAYS early (10 days) with the rent, although they do complaint about any little thing (even when visitors ring their bell by mistake) and are not the cleanest.
