We have about 20 properties we are owner financing right now and want to be able to track, filter, text, advertise, have call rotation, muli user interface and an app that would allow multiple users to function in it.  

I use my an android tablet when I am in the kitchen having coffe in the morning and browsing BP (like every normal person I suppose).

As a seller's agent, I'm talking to everyone I interface with (with an emphasis on other agents) to find a buyer for the property.  

Each MLS is different and most interfaces (portals to access the MLS) keep changing all the time, features are added/moved/eliminated...etcI think the best training is spending some time expolring every nook and cranny of whatever MLS you have access to.

I just joined this group here and have been browsing through and it seems like there are plenty of knowledgeable people on here to answer any questions.  

The more I browse this sight the more I realize it's a goldmine.

I like the fact that the meters are about $100 and the interface (with cellular) $1200 or so with $30 monthly cell bill.

@Stefano MitranoIf you do not have mls access you can browse trulia, redfin, zillow etc to get an understanding of where current prices are.. are you looking commercial or residential?

It's a really great site with a very nice interface.
