It's one thing to encourage a certain behavior, but 100 years? 

Yeah people do a lot of stupid things, except @Jonathan Greene who has never yet done anything embarrassing.just kidding, the truth is I looked through your post history and ALL YOU DO IS COMPLAIN ABOUT NEW INVESTORS So in my estimation, you're the bro, and this kind of behavior makes you a NET LOSS to the community.

Unfortunately, some people's ethical behavior gets even worse when the market is hot.

Human behavior is much like sheep in a herd.

That is why smokers create beliefs to justify their behavior, such as "I will quit in a year" or "you are going to die anyways, might as well have fun" or "I know someone who lived to be 90 and smoked a pack every day".

This is my first year of STR and I wasn't sure if this was normal behavior from tenants.

I also have a Bachelors in Social Work and soon to pursue a Masters in Management and Leadership - Organizational Behavior.  

I now find it difficult to trust a company with such questionable behavior moving forward.Seems like many subscription services do this: the customer is automatically billed unless they specifically cancel, usually in a way that’s not very intuitive and can easily be overlooked.   

This was a conscious decision based on poor behavior of other members.
