I'd like to minimize the waste of my time and money by backing out of deals that don't pan out because of issues that come to light during the comprehensive due diligence process.

I've been banging my head against the wall to get started in my next phase in life so I can leave my day job (eventually), make my money work for me, and I keep thinking i'm being trigger shy - but nothing pans out #'s wise..

Dear BP community, this might sound like a bad joke but I'm honestly asking about how I could go about this, if there is indeed anything that I can do.Following simple situation: I found what looks like a great deal and I would like to look into this closer and buy the place (if all pans out).

That way the specific neighborhood isn't as critical and the numbers will actually pan out.

I'd be very interested to hear how this pans out.  

I may be moving there in the next 2-4 mos if an opportunity I am pursuing can pan out.  

Or no metal utensils used on your nice non-stick pans.

But it just didn't pan out this time because there is much more supply than last time.
