They are receiving monthly checks I do believe, he ran through the deal with his attorney and accountant.He actually sold his travel business to one of the largest resort ownership conglomerates, and that's how he made these contacts.But that is good advice Joel, it's always difficult to bide your time when you see a "good deal", best wait and see how things pan out.

Dear BP community, this might sound like a bad joke but I'm honestly asking about how I could go about this, if there is indeed anything that I can do.Following simple situation: I found what looks like a great deal and I would like to look into this closer and buy the place (if all pans out).
