With all the foreclosures in MI, especially DT Grand Rapids that would be a stretch.

If you wanted to stretch the property you could rent by the room instead of the entire house.

I don't want new issues popping up and stretching this out. 

Pre-Covid, my plan was to live part-time overseas to stretch my U.S. rental income dollars.

Have done a few in Center Twp area, but this is the first one in the town of Monaca, it's sort of up the hill from the main business stretch. 

Investors like to claim that their tools and equipment are 100% business, and some accountants look the other way on such stretches, especially when amounts are small.

The only time I had any issues was a stretch of about 4 months when one of the tenants could not pay her portion, about $150 of $1200 total, due to family job losses.  

Most of the vacation rental activity is in eastern TN, more specifically within a 30 mile radius of Gatlinburg (ground zero), stretching from Townsend in the west, to Cosby in the east, with lots of towns and villages in between. 

That’s just for one and the SFH is in a great area, but a bit of a stretch.

Two things to consider:1) The reason I ask is because you don't want to get stretched thin on your first flip.
