Who can help with STR's in Tennessee?

Hey guys, Im an investor from RI.

I own a multi and flip houses with the team i'm on. As I stack capital the goal is to increase my capital.

That said, Tennessee has become one of my favorite vacation spots. Me and my cousin love the state. The vibe it has and things it offers. Plus it's generally America AF.

Who do you know that I should know that can help me to start exploring options out there? Ideally looking to buy by year end.

Recommendations for property managers who do STR, STR owners who are having success, investor friendly agents out there, best locales and neighborhoods to do it in, etc.

Tennessee is wonderful.  Most of the vacation rental activity is in eastern TN, more specifically within a 30 mile radius of Gatlinburg (ground zero), stretching from Townsend in the west, to Cosby in the east, with lots of towns and villages in between.  A solid ROI can be found anywhere in this area.  I own cabins in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Cosby.   My Cosby properties have performed the best from an ROI standpoint.

Property Management - you have literally dozens from which to choose.  Big, medium, and small.  We are a small company and stick to 30 properties or less.  Finding a property manager that fits with your goals is essential.  Be wary of any PM that says they can be "all things to all owners".  They can't.  Find one that has an operation that fits well with your style.

@Tyler Fontaine I'm glad to hear you love Tennessee!  It's a pretty awesome place. @David Menapace is definitely someone to talk to- he's up in MA, invests in TN, and is a STR expert.

Where specifically are you targeting, or are you open to the entire state?  That would dictate some of the connections.  @Austin Jameson is a good commercial lender in TN, if you're looking in southeast TN I'd bet he has some good loan products.
