Thank you for those quick tips on ADUs - they all seem very favorable in both the way they add value to the existing property, as well as in helping the owner further create cash flow opportunities by renting out the main property in addition to the unit (unless the owner decides on just occupying the ADU itself, haha) I wanted to follow up with these questions - 1) If a standalone ADU can cost between 150-200k estimated, do you have a rough idea of how much it would cost to convert a garage or existing backyard shed space into an ADU?
