I still compensated my realtor in a fashion similar to what your are talking about so he wasn't completely completely cut out (I actually just did a personal check from me to him personally).  

Until I receive better return contact, I will continue to look for deals the old fashioned way and will continue to report robo-dialers as SPAM to my provider and have their numbers blocked.

I read a lot of books, blogs, forums and homepages and learned a lot but i think nothing beats a good old fashion hands on experience.

PS: I also have one of those old-fashioned business card folios--where you have individual plastic holders for business cards.

Larry, just to be clear, we are not saying that "everybody" is lying or that everybody who is a wholesaler acts in this fashion.
