Does anyone have a house cleaner who is looking for more work in the Sonora area? 

Everything looked great until carpet cleaners hit the carpets with a black light and found all the stains left behind from the previous owners pets X.X.

I am about to purchase my first STR in Villano beach/St Augustine Florida area.I am hoping to self manage but need referrals for good cleaners and handymen in the area.

That can give you or your cleaners time to soak the Kohls pillowcases to get them nice and white. 

Staging the house, finding reliable cleaners, and putting the proper systems in place.  

My cleaner takes the linens home to wash them.

Find a cleaner, find a handyman, and manage it yourself.Most of us here self-manage.  

I struggle with (1) wondering if it might be difficult to get cleaners in small towns (2) wondering where to go - with more popular places it seems so saturated but with the smaller cuter places I wonder how people find them!

Would you be willing to recommend any cleaners?
