Can anyone compare and contrast Champions Real Estate Group and Realty Associates?

No one could give me a defendant answer, so I went to the sheriff’s auction and bid on the house we were already scheduled to purchase.

Good luck defending that in court.As a former Realtor, that's a hard NO from me.

Talk to your tax guy and see what they are comfortable defending to the IRS or if you don’t have a guy or a very good guy it’s time to find one.

Unfortunately, I do not know if you can get your money back.Unfortunately, there are plenty of people on here who defend these high costs coaching programs. 

During the 13 years of owning these properties, I have never had to defend a lawsuit, so I don't know if my LLC's are worth what I have paid to have them. 

The value of an attorney is how they would defend you if a suit arises.  

Defending from an IRS audit is different from a civil suit.LLC's are sold as "cheap protection" since the filing fees are negible per state and the attorneys always sell you on how cheap their fees compared to how much you are protecting. 

When I used to do thousands of BPO's we had to defend our values all the time.

The "show me the note" Never was a defense, only an ineffectual theory by people who didn't know better, and by attorneys trying to lure in defendants as clients.
