Has anyone gotten into airbnb with tiny homes?

For the cottage / tiny home and/or the utilities?

if your stained ceiling is right below this pipe, then it's almost a guarantee the crack is your leak. you'll be surprised how much water a tiny crack/hole lets thru during heavy rains. 

Zoning allows us to build tiny homes on the land, up to 6 in total.

You SHOULD find that the title company portion is tiny. 

I was wondering why these types of discussions were rare here and it makes sense- there's no centralized source to make it easier and and there's probably hundreds of thousands of local sources that need to be pieced together.That's definitely a good list to get started, at least for the tiny piece of Jersey I'm looking into.

AND I always added a touch of the color from that room to ceiling paint, a tiny bit, but it creates a trick of distortion tricking the eye to sensing higher ceilings of colors go from darker to lighter as it goes up.
