You should have your broker review the mailing piece before you send it out, as @Wayne Brooks suggested.If you're just mailing out a typical "we buy houses" postcard with no association of you as an agent, you should be able to do it however you want.Good luck!

That being said, I started to use yellowletters.com to send postcards to one of my lists on the 4th mailing and beyond after a full page letter the first 3 mailings and have had success.
