You go girl!

I just had a little girl who is going to be 4 months this next week also so busy busy.I've actually really enjoyed speaking with people.

But all jokes aside, guys and girls wholesalers get a bad rep because there are some people who mislead sellers, honesty and full disclosure is the key. 

We had 2 girls and 1 on the way and living in a duplex wasn’t going to cut it for my wife too much longer.

the girl takes great care, babies this pit bull--- my friend has EXTENSIVE experience with animals, has horses, dogs, cats... and her friend's pit bull when rough housing with my friend, bit her face, took a whole chunk of her cheek off.. literately-- she had to get like 90 stitches, $40K in surgery and is suing her friend now, and the landlord.. 

I am currently in a situation that a young girl who is living here going to school and working has no credit, and her parents gift her a large sum of money every month.

One girl even knew I was coming to the property yet was smoking and when I knocked on her door, I could hear her spraying air freshener while I stood in the hall waiting for her to answer.

I did it for a young (24 yr old) girl who qualified financially and needed her first own place to live, prior to this she has lived with her mom.
