I did some researching and found that his real estate license is on probation for the same behavior in 2017. 

@Jay Hinrichs It never ceases to amaze me the creativity and speed with which people can find work arounds to nearly any legislation designed to change behavior. 

I find that these behaviors are not universally practiced when it comes to real estate, and I'm wondering if anyone could help me understand trying to invest as soon as one can as opposed to waiting months if not years for good deal(s) to show themselves. 

This behavior defines confirmation bias. 

I don't know if I'm taking the right steps or not but I am going to contact them tomorrow about the behavior that is expected and if it is not corrected eviction will be the only option.

But, her openness about her hiding cash from the IRS and her ex-partner screams of wreckless behavior and certainty increases her chances of appearing on the radar of the IRS.

I state that they are responsible to reimburse me for any fines I receive as a result of their behavior or lack maintenance of the property.

I feel the same way as you regarding the additional money, but the "gurus" make it sound like I am setting myself up for disaster by allowing this behavior to go on.  

His poor behavior reflects very badly on you and you need to distance yourself from this person asap.I had a similar experience, but as the consumer.  

I love the idea of being able to control the ads/display settings from my PC at home and the fact that you can add as many ads as you want (within reason).
