A woman wants to sell her house in a neighborhood with sales around 300k-500k.

I haven't been able to get a hold of the woman who can fully explain this to me so I'm hoping someone on here can help me understand this.The man at the borough office made it sound like I would have to dig up my sidewalk and put in a lot of money to make that happen...

Sounds like a YOU problem- "The water pressure isn't the best"ALSO, when they did a walk through, the woman had asked to put thumbtacks into the wall for a "few things"..

One woman (I will keep her name private), told me he did three houses for her at once all three with additions. 

So here's the question....woman needs to get rid of her home and move into a retirement home.

Luckily I'm not dumb or a gambler who'll risk committing a Felony just to get a property so I was ok when the woman showed up at my property.

I thought I was going to get it rented quick but it took longer than expected  so finally this month I got it rented to a woman and her husband and 2 kids.

The woman I spoke to before was new and I guess she didn't know that. 

Love the charm from that era, pretty arches, cute built in nooks, but look out for the small closets, structural issues behind the walls and subfloors, roof issues.
