I need help with a question that I couldn't answer....please help

Ok BP, I need your help. So I was asked a question today that I didn't know the answer to but I knew that 9 times out of 10, I would be able to find it here. So here's the question....woman needs to get rid of her home and move into a retirement home. Her insurance is the wrong insurance and she needs to switch over to the right insurance. How do you get the house and avoid fraudulent conveyance?
