There is a way to auto dial & once your phone rings, when you answer it's dialing the desired caller.  

The whole idea is to get as much money in origination fees as possible to keep running the company and for them to pull out and use for trips, lavish lifestyles, rings, gambling etc.

I am researching Milwaukee city and inner ring suburb neighborhoods and, logically, some of the lower priced homes are in areas with frequent shootings and assaults.For investors in lower-price properties, how do you balance your property value and what you want to own vs. the neighborhoods?

From my side it's often easier to deal with someone who sells 2 a year and owns the place, than if you put me in the ring with Mohammad Ali (there is no money difference to me on who I deal with). 

We do have the Ring cameras at all the properties.

I've also got a college/blue collar 4/2 that's been available for two weeks with nary a showing.If the phone was ringing and I was turning away applicants because of failed screenings it would be one thing, but this deafening silence is just... plain... unsettling.......

I liked running my IT company and enjoyed it, however, the phone never stops ringing and there just wasn't any extra time in the day to focus on real estate.  

It is a good program it is bare bones in a three ring binder and a few CDs including the contract maker.
